About the AuthPay
Express VAR Program |
Parallel
Software is looking to expand its AuthPay Express product line
through the use of qualified Apple Resellers and Specialists.
Our AuthPay Express™ VAR
program has two tiers:
- The Agent Program allows a smaller organization to refer
a customer to us where Parallel Software is the primary interface for supporting
the customer. There are no stocking or training requirements. We offer a percentage
of our Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price as an incentive for these
referrals. We sell only the AuthPayX software and the POS specific hardware—you
sell the rest.
- The Reseller Program allows more specialized and larger organizations
the ability to pre-purchase our software and offer a whole range of services.
(see below).
Customers usually upgrade to Mac OS X completely
once AuthPayX is introduced. This program requires the Reseller to be the
first level of support for AuthPayX for customer questions.
Revenue Opportunities for VARs
and Agents:
- Hardware Bundle (Several Mac OS X machines in customer service, telesales,
accounting, POS areas, and web sites)
- Software – AuthPayX, upgrades to AppleScriptable databases or Filemaker
(5.5-7.0), 4D, and Helix databases, and Omnis Stuio 3. AppleScript programming fees. Web integration software
fees possibly.
