Question: If I collect my transaction information over the phone (not connected to the internet), I will have to verify a customer's card by calling a credit checking company. How can I get these transactions captured and sent to be processed using your product?

You can collect the card holders information while you're on the road and call in to First Data's (800) number to get a voice authorization. When you get back to your office, you may suse the AuthPayX First Data Client to enter these pre-authorized transactions by entering them as Voice Authorize transaction types, rather than Charge transaction types.
